A new burger joint has landed in Dubai, and its creations look little short of epic.
If the popularity of the city’s fast-food chains is anything to go by, Blaze Burgers, a legendary snack spot in Bahrain, looks set to be a hit in Dubai. The new eatery is now open at The Walk, JBR, which is already a hub for all-American cuisine (think Five Guys, The Counter, Shake Shack et al).
The company says the “finest wholesome ingredients” are used in its burgers, and there’s a variety of veggie options, too – including this Portobello mushroom option below.
If you’re counting the calories you can opt for a lettuce wrap rather than a traditional bread bun. However, we’d recommend going all out, as these patties look immense.
American Angus and Australian wagyu form the burgers, and you can opt for a range of cheeses from Emmental to Parmesan or blue cheese (or good ol’ fashioned cheddar). Fancy some cheesy crunch? You can even add a disc of “burned” cheddar…
As youre there you might as well round it all off with fries, onion rings and the signature scoopers (fried potato scoops, or mini shovels for that signature Blaze sauce weve heard so much about). And for an added bonus why not try the DryShake (in essence a milk-less milkshake) made entirely with ice cream. Phew.
