Dubai foodstuff outside exchange achieves Dh68.6b

The official figures released in parallel with Gulfood 2016; the world's largest annual food and hospitality trade show, showed a four per cent hike in Dubai foodstuff foreign trade volumes, from Dh66 billion in the first nine months of 2014 to Dh68.6 billion in the same period of 2015.

Dubai Customs has effectively contributed to the growth of food trade by providing quality customs facilities for this sector and ensuring speedy customs clearance of all its shipments, in order to cater to the food needs of the community without unnecessary delays.
