London’s international food trucks will debut in Dubai as part of the first edition of Eat the World DXB, a street food event.
15 English culinary concepts will showcase their cuisine at the Burj Park from February 25-27.
The happening is part of the annual Dubai Food Festival event, which will take place from February 25 to March 12.
“The miserable British winter is not exactly a revenue high point for our traders but it’s not just the Dubai weather they are looking forward to – the traders can’t wait to arrive in the UAE and see what the local foodies think of their dishes and diverse offerings,” said Philip Lowery, Eat the World DXB’s Director.
Among the confirmed food trucks are Fish Dogs – specializing in fish finger sandwiches, The Crema Caravan – specializing in Crème Brulees, and Oil Babas – specializing in Halloumi fries.
The event will include UAE-based food trucks, a food market, interactive culinary experiences, musicians, and other entertainment.
It is estimated to attract over 20,000 Emiratis, expats and tourists.
Congratulation!
