Dubai's BinGhatti to Invest $136m in Hospitality

The investment arm of BinGhatti Holding Group, BinGhatti Hospitality has deviced a plan to expand its global hospitality management services in the Middle east and across the GCC.

BinGhatti Hospitality is based out of Dubai and has established three new brands in the local F&B sector last year. The BinGhatti group intends to invest more than AED 500 million ($136 million) over a three year period.

The company made a statement earlier and revealed the forays made in attracting new brands to its portfolio that will now include Kabbakhwa, Agathi and Kraftastic, with plans to expand them to many Arab markets.

 “We are always looking to develop and expand the various investment sectors to take advantage of the great opportunities and high value offered by the UAE environment... We plan to enter into the development and management of boutique 3 and 4 stars hotels," said Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO at Binghatti Developers.

“The local F&B sector is gaining vital economic importance and is considered one of the cornerstones of the country's strategy to support the national industries in general," he added

BinGhatti said that the company's initial operations focus on F&B, hotels, arts, facilities management, sales, marketing and e-commerce, as well as finance, revenue management, procurement, human resources and hospitality related IT services.
